In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place any wager, or otherwise participate in real-money gaming on the Platform. ong39 enforces a strict 21+ policy in alignment with responsible gaming best practices applicable to the Indonesian market. Your date of birth is collected at registration and verified against a government-issued Indonesian identity document (KTP or passport) during the KYC process.

2.2 Residency. The Platform is intended primarily for use by residents of Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation under the laws applicable to you.

2.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions. Residents and citizens of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by national law are not permitted to register or use the Platform. ong39 reserves the right to geo-restrict access to the Platform at any time without prior notice in order to comply with applicable legal requirements.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one ong39 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. ong39 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals will be forfeited without appeal.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. ong39 is not liable for any service disruption or loss resulting from inaccurate information provided by the Member.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC). ong39 reserves the right to require identity verification at any time. Verification is mandatory before processing your first withdrawal and may also be triggered by unusual account activity. Required documents typically include:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP or passport);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days);
• In certain cases, proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a bank statement or screenshot confirming BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account ownership).

Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by ong39 support may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is successfully completed.

3.4 Account Closure by Member. You may request closure of your ong39 account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending wagers will be settled in accordance with standard rules. Any remaining verified balance will be paid out to your registered withdrawal method after all outstanding verifications are complete.

4.1 Credential Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ong39 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. ong39 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify ong39 support immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorized access to your account. You are liable for all activity conducted through your account prior to such notification being received and acted upon by ong39.

4.3 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access the Platform is free from malware, keyloggers, or other malicious software. ong39 recommends using strong, unique passwords and enabling any available two-factor authentication features.

4.4 Platform Security. ong39 protects all member data and transactions using 256-bit SSL encryption. Member passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing. Real-time monitoring systems are in place to detect and respond to suspicious login activity, unusual transaction patterns, and potential fraud indicators.

5.1 Accepted Methods. ong39 accepts deposits via the following methods: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and may be returned subject to applicable bank processing fees.

5.3 Processing Time. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your ong39 wallet within seconds of confirmed receipt. Bank transfer deposits are credited within minutes during standard banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Deposits made outside these hours may take up to 30 minutes to process.

5.4 Platform Fees. ong39 charges no platform fees on deposits. Your deposit amount is credited to your wallet in full. Note that your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees independent of ong39.

5.5 Deposit Limits. ong39 reserves the right to apply maximum deposit limits on individual accounts, particularly during promotional periods or where responsible gaming tools have been activated. Members who have self-imposed deposit limits through the responsible gaming dashboard cannot override those limits without the applicable cooling-off period elapsing.

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals are available to Members who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is completed will be held pending verification.

6.2 Accepted Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals may be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. Supported withdrawal channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. ong39 does not process withdrawals to accounts held in third-party names.

6.3 Processing Time. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of request approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during 08:00–21:00 WIB. Withdrawal requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operating window.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits apply and are communicated within your account dashboard. Members may submit multiple withdrawal requests, subject to daily limits and pending KYC status.

6.5 Wagering Requirements on Deposits. Where a Member has claimed a bonus, a minimum wagering turnover (as specified in the individual bonus terms) must be completed before the bonus-funded portion of the wallet balance is eligible for withdrawal. The real-money (non-bonus) portion of the wallet is always available for withdrawal subject to standard conditions.

6.6 Withdrawal Refusal. ong39 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, the affected Member will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before any final determination is made.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback payments, and promotional credits issued by ong39 are subject to these general terms and any additional terms specified in the individual promotion announcement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence for that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x, 20x) and eligible games or markets are specified in each individual promotion. Wagers placed on games excluded from a promotion's rollover requirements do not count toward fulfilling the wagering requirement.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. ong39 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; using coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome; placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts; or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, ong39 may void all associated bonuses, withhold any winnings generated through abusive play, and permanently suspend the accounts involved.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issuance, as specified in each individual promotion. Unused bonus credit, free-bet tokens, or unfulfilled wagering requirements that expire are automatically removed from the Member's account. Extensions are not granted except at ong39's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

7.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. ong39 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is modified or withdrawn, Members who have already opted in and commenced wagering under the original terms will be treated in accordance with those original terms for existing qualifying activity.

8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by ong39. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. ong39 reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason, particularly where the requested stake exceeds applicable limits or where market integrity concerns exist.

8.2 Odds Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error, data feed malfunction, or human input error, ong39 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Member's wallet. Where this occurs, ong39 will notify the affected Member within a reasonable timeframe.

8.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: the cancellation or abandonment of the relevant event; the event not being completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable rules; proven match-fixing or corruption affecting the event; or technical failure that compromises the integrity of the market. Voided bets are returned to the Member's wallet at the original stake amount.

8.4 Live Betting. Live (in-play) betting odds are subject to change in real time. A bet submitted during live betting is accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed, not at the odds displayed when the bet was initiated. During certain market events (e.g., goals, red cards, penalties in football), ong39 may temporarily suspend live markets. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.

8.5 Maximum Winnings. ong39 applies maximum single-bet and maximum daily winnings limits. These limits vary by market and product type and are communicated within the relevant section of the Platform. Winnings that would exceed the applicable maximum payout will be reduced to the maximum limit.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ong39 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to do so;
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information at any point;
• Using automated bots, scripts, data-mining tools, or any software that interacts with the Platform without human input;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to ong39 support immediately;
• Placing bets designed to guarantee a net profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage abuse) in conjunction with bonus funds;
• Engaging in, or facilitating, money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members or ong39 staff through any communication channel;
• Sharing, selling, transferring, or otherwise dealing in ong39 accounts without explicit written consent from ong39;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions;
• Any conduct that ong39 reasonably determines to be in breach of the spirit of fair play, even if not explicitly listed above.

10.1 Commitment. ong39 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide a full suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from every Member's account dashboard.

10.2 Available Tools. The following tools are available to all Members at no cost:

11.1 Ownership. 11.2 Limited License. ong39 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your own lawful personal entertainment. 11.3 Game Provider Content. Where ong39's liability cannot be wholly excluded by law, ong39's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your ong39 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Platform Provided "As Is". The Platform and all content, games, and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ong39 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.

13.1 Right to Amend. ong39 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
